Architectural/Engineering Design

The diverse team at OEI works together on all aspects of a project. We offer full system design, to include both architecture and engineering. Other A/E services include forensic engineering, civil and environmental engineering, and MEP design. 

Studies and Analysis

Analysis is a part of every type of work OEI does. Through effective analysis, we can recommend changes and develop mindful proposals for budget planning. These studies include architectural, civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, water resource management, and more.

Real Estate Services

Our OEI real estate team offers full real estate services from finding the right site, title services, and mapping, to right of way (ROW) planning that provides safe access to sites and structures.

Specialty Water Resources Services

In addition to analysis and design, we work with a range of municipal and federal clients to provide 1D and 2D hydraulic modeling, drainage facilities, and flood studies. 

OEI specializes in Strategic Regulatory Permitting. This means we help our clients navigate the complex and often multi-jurisdictional permitting process for each site.
