Since 2004, OEI, a certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), has been serving our nation and federal government on a myriad of contracts and task orders.  We have served Department of  Defense, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Agriculture, and Veterans Affairs.  Under these departments we having project experience serving the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Forest Service (FS), and a number of VA Health Care Systems, VA Medical Centers, and VA Outpatient Clinics.

IDIQ Contract: OEI currently holds a prime IDIQ contract with USACE Fort Worth District (SWF).

An Engineering and Construction Support Office (ECSO)  Architect/Engineer five-year, $15M capacity contract, to support SWF, Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Customs and Border Protection (CBP), and other International and Interagency Services (IIS) clients including other USACE Districts, Veterans Affairs (VA), National Cemetery Administration (NCA) and others, nationwide.  Contract number W9126G-15-D-0011.
