Founded in 1987, OEI is a mission-driven engineering and architecture firm dedicated to designing resilient facilities that serve communities, agencies, and infrastructure systems across the U.S. and its territories. With deep expertise in both horizontal and vertical facility types—from military installations and medical/healthcare facilities to water infrastructure and other critical facility assets —we deliver integrated, sustainable design solutions.
