(OEI) has a robust federal backlog (about $300M shared capacity extending into 2030) and wide variety of federal sector projects going back nearly 20 years since we first started serving the federal government. Our services include everything from architecture and MEP design to facility condition assessments, in-depth environment and water studies, and horizontal and vertical facility expertise for a myriad of contracts and task orders.

We have completed projects for the U.S. Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Agriculture, and Veterans Affairs. Under these departments, we also have project experience serving the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Forest Service (FS), and a number of VA Health Care Systems, VA Medical Centers, and VA Outpatient Clinics within several VISNs (12, 16, 17, and 22, to date).
